Pricing & Transparency

Your Private Financier operates on a fee-based consulting model. Fees are disclosed upfront before any engagement begins. We do not charge hidden fees, and our compensation structure is explained clearly during the initial consultation. Depending on the service, fees may be structured as a flat consulting fee, a project-based fee, or a success-based arrangement tied to funding outcomes.

Legitimate commercial financing typically involves due diligence costs, appraisal fees, and documentation expenses — these are standard in the industry and are not unique to YPF. We will always explain what costs are associated with a given transaction before you commit. We do not collect fees for services we have not yet performed, and we encourage clients to be cautious of any lender or broker who demands large upfront payments without clear documentation of services rendered.

Transparency is one of our Five Pillars of Customer Advocacy. We disclose our lender relationships, the range of rates and terms available for a given transaction, and any compensation we receive in connection with a referral or placement. Clients are encouraged to ask questions at every stage of the process, and we will always provide written summaries of proposed terms before any commitment is made.

Funding Solutions & Timelines

YPF provides access to a broad range of commercial financing solutions, including: bridge loans and hard money lending for real estate investors; earnest money deposit (EMD) funding for time-sensitive acquisitions; equipment financing for capital-intensive businesses; business funding including working capital, lines of credit, merchant cash advances, term loans, business acquisition financing, and revenue-based financing; and speciality funding for niche industries. All services are available across the continental United States and Canada. For additional international or global financing needs, we invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your specific situation.

Timelines vary significantly by product type. Hard money and bridge loans can close in as few as 7–14 business days for well-documented transactions. Equipment financing typically takes 3–10 business days. Working capital and business funding products range from 24 hours (for merchant cash advances) to several weeks (for SBA-structured or acquisition financing). Earnest money deposit funding is designed for speed — often processed within 24–72 hours when documentation is complete. We will provide a realistic timeline estimate during your initial consultation.

Documentation requirements depend on the product and lender. Common requirements include: business bank statements (typically 3–6 months); business and personal tax returns; a current profit and loss statement; a business plan or executive summary for acquisition and larger transactions; property information for real estate-secured loans; and government-issued identification. YPF will provide a customized documentation checklist based on your specific funding request.

Yes. Many of the funding solutions we work with are asset-based or cash-flow-based rather than credit-score-driven. Hard money loans, bridge loans, equipment financing, and certain working capital products evaluate the strength of the collateral or business revenue rather than relying primarily on personal credit. We work with clients across a range of credit profiles and will identify the most appropriate options for your situation.

The YPF Competitive Advantage

Traditional banks operate within rigid underwriting guidelines and are limited to the products on their own balance sheet. Mortgage brokers typically focus on residential transactions. YPF operates as a commercial financing consultant with access to a diverse network of private lenders, hard money lenders, equipment finance companies, and alternative capital providers. We are not limited to a single product or lender, which allows us to structure solutions that banks and traditional brokers cannot offer.

Military service instills a commitment to mission, discipline, and accountability that directly shapes how YPF operates. As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), YPF brings a results-oriented, client-first approach to every engagement. We understand what it means to operate under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver on commitments — and we hold ourselves to those same standards in every client relationship.

Yes. These affiliations reflect our commitment to community, professional standards, and the advancement of underserved entrepreneurs and investors.

Absolutely. Education is one of our Five Pillars of Customer Advocacy. We work with first-time investors, early-stage entrepreneurs, and clients who are new to commercial financing. Our process includes a thorough consultation to assess your goals, explain your options, and help you understand what lenders will evaluate. We believe informed clients make better decisions — and better clients for lenders.

Geographic Reach & Relationships

Your Private Financier serves clients across the entire continental United States and Canada for all services — including real estate funding, earnest money deposit funding, equipment financing, business funding, and speciality funding. For any additional international or global financing needs beyond our standard programs, we invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your specific situation and explore available options.

YPF maintains relationships with lenders operating across multiple regions of the United States. Our network includes national hard money lenders, regional equipment finance companies, and alternative business capital providers with broad geographic coverage. We match clients with lenders whose programs align with the property location, business type, and transaction structure — regardless of where the client is based.

Consumer Advocacy & FinTech

Consumer Advocacy at Your Private Financier focuses on helping individuals, families, and business owners make more informed financial decisions about the essential products and services they use every day. Our mission extends beyond traditional commercial financing. We introduce consumers to opportunities that may help them manage household expenses, explore alternative service providers, and participate in income-generating business opportunities. Rather than simply spending money on essential services, we encourage consumers to explore how those same spending categories may create opportunities for financial empowerment.

Most households regularly spend money on utilities, wireless communications, internet connectivity, home security, entertainment, and other essential services. Through participating business opportunities, consumers may have the ability to earn commissions or referral-based compensation by helping others obtain eligible products and services. As an Independent Business Owner (IBO) with ACN, YPF introduces interested individuals to opportunities involving essential services and potential income generation. Important: Income is not automatically earned by paying your own bills. Earnings depend on the applicable business opportunity, qualified customer activity, compensation rules, and individual performance. Results are not guaranteed.

FinTech, short for Financial Technology, refers to the use of digital platforms and technology to improve access to financial products, services, and information. At Your Private Financier, technology supports our approach to commercial financing and consumer education. Depending on the service, FinTech solutions may help clients explore alternative business financing options, connect with participating lenders and financial service providers, streamline financial documentation and application processes, evaluate digital financial products and services, and identify technology-enabled opportunities for financial growth. YPF combines technology-driven resources with professional consultation to help clients make informed decisions.

Not necessarily. Certain consumer-focused business opportunities are designed for individuals who want to explore entrepreneurship without establishing a traditional storefront or maintaining physical inventory. Through opportunities such as ACN's Independent Business Owner program, eligible participants may access business resources, product information, and training. However, participation may involve enrollment costs, ongoing expenses, eligibility requirements, and sales responsibilities. YPF encourages individuals to review the official compensation plan, income disclosures, and participation requirements before making a financial commitment.

Your Private Financier operates with a broader mission: helping individuals and businesses recognize, develop, and pursue economic opportunities. Our commercial financing services focus on access to capital. Professional project management supports planning, coordination, and execution. Consumer Advocacy introduces individuals to financial education, essential service options, and potential entrepreneurial opportunities. Together, these services reflect our philosophy: More Than Products. More Than Services. We believe financial empowerment involves more than securing a loan or purchasing a product. It involves understanding available opportunities, making informed decisions, and developing strategies that support long-term financial growth.

FinTech (Financial Technology) refers to the integration of modern technology into banking, lending, payments, investments, and other financial services to make financial transactions faster, more accessible, efficient, and convenient. FinTech is transforming the financial industry by introducing digital banking platforms, automated lending systems, mobile payment applications, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and innovative financial management tools. Unlike traditional banking models that often rely on physical branches, manual processes, and conventional financial assessments, FinTech lets financial institutions and technology companies deliver services through digital platforms — often faster, more flexibly, and more conveniently. Key areas of FinTech innovation include: Digital Banking — online and mobile banking services that allow individuals and businesses to manage their finances remotely; Alternative Lending — technology-driven financing platforms that connect borrowers with banks, private lenders, and other capital providers; Digital Payments — electronic payment systems, mobile wallets, and real-time money transfers; Artificial Intelligence — automated financial analysis, fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer support; Blockchain Technology — distributed ledger systems that support certain digital assets, transaction records, and financial applications; and Financial Management — digital tools for budgeting, investing, financial planning, and business cash-flow management. FinTech does not necessarily replace traditional banking. Instead, it modernizes how financial services are developed, delivered, accessed, and managed. The future of financial services increasingly combines established banking practices with innovative technology to create a more connected and efficient financial ecosystem.
